Quick Start Guide: Property Managers & Administrators

Sign Up

  1. Go to www.condo-communities.com and click the "Sign Up" link to get to the sign up page.

  2. Please fill out all the required fields.

  3. Once you have completed the registration process you will be directed to your Condo-Communities administration panel.

Note: If you already have an account, skip to the next step.  If you have a resident account and want to upgrade to an administrator account please email your request to: support@condo-communities.com

Log In

  1. If you already have an account, go to www.condo-communities.com and click the "Login" link to go to the login page.

  2. Enter your email address and password and click "Login" to continue.  (You may alternatively use your Username instead of your email address.)


     

Add a Condo

Once you are logged in you will be presented with your personal "dashboard".  This is a birds eye view of the most popular action items.

  1. From the dashboard, click "View my Condos":


     

  2. Click "Join a Condo", a modal window will appear.


     

  3. From the modal window you can begin typing the condo's address.  If the address is not found, you can manually enter a condo by clicking the "Search" button.


     

  4. If your condo is found, click the "Select" button to add it to your condos.

Join a Property Management Company

If you are employed by a property management company, you should join your company on Condo-Communities to take advantage of group features that are not available to you as a stand alone property manager.

  1. To join a Property Management company, click the following link:


     

  2. From the modal window, start typing the company name.


     

  3. If the company is found, click the select button.


     

  4. Your join request will be pending until approved by an administrator of the company.  If you do not get a response within 48 hours, you can click the resend request link which will send a reminder email to the company admin.  If you still don't get a response, you can contact us at support@condo-communities.com and we will resolve the issue.


     

  5. If your company is not found, click the search button to add it manually.
