Condo-Communities is
100% free! There is absolutely no cost
to your condo or property management
company whatsoever!
Condo-Communities operating costs are
covered by the minimal condo-specific
advertising that we run on our sites.
Is it true that
Condo-Communities can make money
for my condo?
Yes, specific ads that
run on your condos website will pay
directly to your condo corporation!

What is Condo-Communities?
Condo-Communities is an
internet portal for your condo. It
is your condo's website on the net where
residents can view newsletters, notices
events and more - all online. There
are all kinds of modules that add
functionality like forums, rec centre
booking and even credit card payments
for guest suites, party rooms and common
elements fees.
I can't find my condo...
If you are a resident
and you cannot find your condo please
add it manually
here.
Condos that are added manually must be
approved by us before they are visible
on our site.
If you are a property
management company or property manager
you can add a condo in your global
profile, condos that you add manually
are active immediately and do not need
to be approved by us.
There is an error in
our condos website, who do I contact?
If you see an error in
your condo's address or any other part
of the website, please contact us
here.
What happens when I
lose a contract, who get's
administrative rights?
In the event that a
condo changes management, the
Condo-Communities website will be
transferred to the new property
management company or if they are self
managed, the new manager. If there
is no party willing to accept
management, the website will be
administered by the users. Please
see our section on "Transfers " in our
help section.
Can more than one
person administer a Condo-Communities
website?
Yes, you can add as
many administrators as you like.
Are their different
levels of administrative rights?
For example a limited admin for
concierge?
Yes, we have a few
different types of accounts: Property
Manager, Property Administrator, Board
Member, Rec. center Admin, Forum Admin,
and Concierge. Please see our
section on "User Accounts" in our help
section.
Can we use a custom
domain name for our site instead of
*.condo-communities.com?
Yes, you can use any
domain name you like. Please see
our section on "Custom Domain Names" in
our help section.
Can a board member
administer the site?
Yes, there is a special
account for board members that gives
them limited access to board specific
functionality of the site.
Do you guys do credit
card processing for Amenities and other
stuff?
We are currently
working on a credit card solution to
address this concern. Please refer

more updates on the status of this
feature.

What happens when there
is a change in management, who will run
our website?
One of the
differentiating features of
Condo-Communities is that yuor condos
site never goes away. Often
management companies will choose a condo
portal provider like Condo-Communities
and when the management contract expires
the website is taken down along with all
of the notices, newsletters, forum
posts, gallery images, documents and
everything else.
With Condo-Communities, when there is a
change in management, your condo portal
will still be available - forever!

Our website is
currently unmanaged, how do I get our
